This website and all it's content are the sole property of The Mound Blind and are protected by law.

 

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment method is declined the item will not be shipped.

 

Cancellation

 Items can be cancelled up until the payment has been processed, however once the payment has been processed then the purchaser is responsible for payment. 

 

Complaints

Any complaints about an item may be directed to our customer service support team at customerservice@themoundblind.com and they will be in contact with you in a reasonable amount of time.

 

Legal

The Mound Blind is released of any health or safety concerns once the purchaser obtains an item from The Mound Blind. If harm were to happen, The Mound Blind holds no responsibility.

Warranty

Each blind comes with a 1 Year warranty from date of purchase. An original sales receipt is required for warranty service. Warranty does not cover abnormal use, damage due to harmful chemicals or abrasive materials, alterations or any other similar cause beyond the control of The Mound Blind. Defective products will either be repaired or replaced, or a full refund will be issued, at The Mound Blinds discretion.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

The Mound Blind is the sole owner of this site. We will only collect/obtain any information that you provide us in regards to your purchase order, that is voluntarily submitted by you and by joining our e-mail list.
